$369/night CAD plus local occupancy taxes (currently 20.68%). Rooms must be reserved by October 8, 2026, or before the block sells out to receive the group rate. The group rate is available 2 days before and after event dates based on space availability.
A 20% discount on self-parking will be provided for overnight conference guests. (Current rate is $49 CAD per night.)
Hourly parking is also available for drive-in attendees, with rates based on the length of stay.

The driving distance between Vancouver Airport (YVR) and The Westin Bayshore is about 15km, which typically takes 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Taxis, rideshares, or rental cars are convenient options for this route.
Public Transit
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a combination of bus and subway (Canada Line). The journey usually takes about 35 minutes and costs $7-$10 per person. Key points include:
-Departure: YVR-Airport Station or Domestic Departures Level Three for buses
-Arrival: Near Westbound W Georgia St @ Cardero St, close to the hotel
