Group Registration Discount
Institutions sending a team of four or more attendees are eligible for a discount on registration for each participant. To receive this discount, all individuals must be from the same institution and register together as part of a single transaction. Once a group of four is registered, each additional registrant from that same institution will also receive the discounted rate when added to the group. This is a great opportunity to bring your team, share insights, and maximize the value of attending together.

⚠️ Important:
- Member vs. Non-Member Pricing: Conference pricing is based on PCAPPA membership status. Chapter or APPA membership is not the same as PCAPPA membership.
- Membership Verification: All registrations will be audited. If you register incorrectly as a member but do not hold an active PCAPPA membership, your registration rate will be adjusted, and you will be invoiced for any remaining balance.

Attendee Cancellation & Substitution Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and substitutions:
✉️ Cancellation Requests:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Email your request to Event Producers at: info@eventproducers.events
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
🔥 Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received on or before Friday, August 28, 2026: Eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received after Friday, August 28, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
- Conference no-shows: You are liable for the full registration amount.
- Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.
🔄 Substitution Policy:
- Substitutions are accepted if you cannot attend.
- To submit a substitution request, email: info@eventproducers.events
- Include the registration confirmation number of the person you are replacing and written approval from the original registrant.
- If the original registrant does not approve the substitution, you will have the option to either:
- Pay the registration fee
- Cancel the request
- Event Producers will confirm all substitution requests.
Payment Policy
To guarantee your participation, full payment must be received before the event.

- Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our online registration portal.
- Checks: Make checks payable to PCAPPA, include the registrant's name on the check, and mail to:
